1. When is the first block open and what dates are available to you?
The stays begin in the last week of April. The first registration block, covering the period from April to August, is now open. They will be held Thursday to Monday every week.
2. How many people can go on each trip? How many of you will there be in the group?
The number of places available for each FMC VIP ARTIST TRAVEL STAY is limited and designed with small groups in mind. The maximum number of people per group is 40. The minimum number required for a VIP ARTIST STAY to go ahead is 15.
3. What’s included in the price of your VIP ARIST TRAVEL STAY PACKAGE in Budapest?
Professional and educational components that are included in the price of your package to give your trip a whole new perspective
- Exclusive workshop with a film score composer, who will use specific films as a way of introducing you to the process that goes into working on big feature films, series and blockbuster projects.
- Exclusive fashion, music, and film workshop complete with a photo shoot for you and your profiles on social media or websites. We’ll dress you like the stars. Workshop with a top Hong Kong designer who is regularly invited to present her fashion shows at top fashion events such as New York and Paris fashion week. This will be followed by a tasting of wines from neighbouring countries.

You’ll learn all you need to know from the people most qualified to teach you. This will be interesting for complete beginners and experienced musicians alike.
- Presentation of traditional Hungarian dances and music.
- A chance to meet a deputy director of the House of Music Museum, a private tour of all the facilities, with an opportunity for you to ask questions and share initiatives during the session.
- But that’s not all – during the trip there will also be various small surprises that we will do our best to arrange for you.
- Full board. You won’t go hungry in Hungary with us. We’ll be sampling traditional Hungarian dishes together.
- Accommodation in a luxury aparthotel. You’ll feel right at home in the spacious rooms with their own kitchen facilities and everything you need, including a comfortable large bed.
- The VIP ARTIST TRAVEL STAY organisers will be personally in attendance, on hand every day to oversee your stay and provide you with friendly companionship. They will keep you informed about the programme and activities, provide advice, make recommendations and ensure the smooth running of all excursions, professional activities, photo shoots and entertainment.
- A driver holding your name will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to your hotel. Everything will be stress-free and relaxing from the moment you arrive.
- Comfortable transfer from your hotel to the airport on the day of your departure

- Private, comfortable transport in an air-conditioned and well-appointed Mercedes Sprinter with an experienced local driver at the wheel will take us wherever we need to go and drop us off at the very best spots. Saturday
- The VIP tour with a private guide will resume the next day – Sunday.
- It goes without saying that you will enjoy private transport during the tour on Sunday.
- Private boat tour – on a boat reserved exclusively for us. Once you have been welcomed on board with a drink, you will have two indoor and outdoor decks to enjoy at your leisure.
- Exclusive photo shooting for you at the top of the boat, featuring the unique backdrop of top landmarks seen from the perspective of the River Danube. You can use the resultant photos for professional or private purposes, much to the envy of others.
- Subject to availability and free capacity on your chosen dates, a trip to the House of Music exclusively for us.

- A huge surprise. A VIP trip, including private transfer, to a very special place associated with the shooting of blockbuster movies and TV series for Hollywood movie companies and top streaming studios such as Netflix. We won’t reveal the exact name, but you can bet it’s going to be worth it.
- Together, we will be visiting and exploring both parts of the city – Buda and Pest – and their most notable landmarks. We know the perfect spots for group photos, your profile shots, and private snaps of your experiences. We will take you to a top site on the Buda side offering a panoramic view of the Pest part of the city.
- A souvenir gift package for everyone on the last day, with cool gadgets that will remind you of your stay long after it ends.

Airfare and travel insurance
We’ll help you to plan your trip in order to make the whole process quicker and easier. Your flight to Budapest:
Once you book our VIP ARTIST TRAVEL STAY we’ll be on hand to advise and assist you. If you want, we can give you tips on the best flight connections and routes to Budapest. Depending on which country and city you’re travelling from. Our guidance will speed up your travel planning and help you choose. We can also recommend the best connections offering convenient arrival times based on the programme that awaits you, so that you can make the most of your stay from the minute you touch down.
4. Price and booking of your stay
We’ll be happy to give you a quote and answer any questions you may have.
Once you have booked your stay and the minimum group capacity (15 people) has been reached for that particular week, you will need to wire transfer us a deposit of 50% of the total price of your stay. You then pay the outstanding balance at least 20 days before your trip.
Please note that when there is a month or less to go before your stay, the deposit is non-refundable because the initial expenses associated with your stay and the programme will be booked and paid at this time.
